Learning Outcomes: At the end of this workshop participants will be able to:
Describe various types of learning technologies that can be used in a mediated lesson
Generate a profile of their learners and indicate how different learner characteristics will determine how they integrate technology into teaching and learning
Compare and contrast the ADDIE and ASSURE models relative to their specific learning contexts
Apply practical technology solutions to content areas
Demonstrate skills in evaluating, selecting, and modifying technology products for use in Jamaican classrooms (based on the ADDIE/ASSURE model)
Develop blueprints for lessons (flowcharts, concept maps, storyboards)
